When the time came to create a shoe there was no question that it needed to be the Superstar. The Pro Model was the natural choice and evolution while still living within the Superstar family. Revisiting the clear TPU materials that made the first so iconic and continues to be the thread between all his footwear.
Using the clear TPU was the turning point when the first Blondey Superstar was created. Using this unexpected material for a Skate shoe really divided opinion but in turn took the shoe to the next level from an aesthetic and durability point of view. Evolving this into the Pro Model another shoe built for Skate was a no brainer and continues to carry the legacy of Blondey's Superstar design into new models.
